Planet why is now a reality. Thanks to wonderful friends we have been able to secure an interest free loan to purchase the land! This was very important as land prices were escalating by the minute! We are not far from the land we once sought and even have an address: Khasra 373 Shyam Vihar, Phase I J block (village Deendarpur)!
Documents have been perused and a token amount paid. The first instalment will be paid in a couple of days and we hope to have Utpal hand over the cheque! There are two plots and the total surface is a little over 1100 square yards.
